Your main task will be managing all other Scrum Masters.

Your tasks will include:

  • organizing and facilitating project planning, daily stand-up meeting, sprint reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, and demos
  • removing any impediments that obstruct a team and coaching the team in the pursuit of its sprint goals
  • fostering the development team’s self-organization
  • helping to write and/or split user stories
  • assisting the team in maintaining burn-up/burn-down charts and user story point estimating

You are the person we’re looking for if you:

  • can garner respect from your team and be willing to get your hands dirty to get the job done
  • communicate well with teams and you have proficiency in English
  • have high-energy level
  • understand fundamentals of software development processes and procedures and are familiar with common Agile practices
