In Insly you will:

  • Closely cooperate with one of our key clients, Agile development team, stakeholders and other departments
  • Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development of the product
  • Create, prepare, evaluate epics, stories, tasks for development teams, aligned with product strategy
  • Create and maintain a product backlog, prioritized by business value (ROI)
  • Lead planning for product releases and set/manage expectations for delivery of new functionalities
  • Create, manage and track development budget and timeline
  • Managing the team effectively by creating and preparing tasks, targets, and timelines
  • Research and analyze market intelligence, users, and potential roadmap for the product
  • Help to test software implementations

You are our next Key Account Manager in Poland if you:

  • Have 2+ years of work experience with project management and customer relations (experience in insurance and/or information technology is a plus)
  • Have outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Are an active and self-motivated team player and have attention to details
  • Have fluent written and spoken Polish and English
