We want to rapidly scale up our sales to the MGA and Insurance Company segment by becoming a dominant player in existing markets as well as expanding to new markets.

To meet our ambitious goals, we’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to give us the additional boost we need.

 

You will be responsible for:

  • Getting meetings with decision-makers in MGAs and insurance companies around the world
  • Finding clients who match our very specific Ideal Client Profile wherever they are and managing the entire prospecting cycle
  • Using all tools at your disposal (e.g email, social media, phone calls) to track down the people we need to talk to – getting rejected, trying again and succeeding
  • Executing client outreach campaigns using both hand-picked leads as well as automation tools and always trying to improve the next campaign
  • Building awareness of Insly as well as your own personal brand in Social Media to become the go-to person for MGA software solutions
  • Working with Account Executives and Sales Analysts to constantly find ways to make our outreach more effective
  • Learning to understand our target clients business to get very good at what you do

You are the Sales Developer we’re looking for if:

  • You love direct communication and are not afraid of being told “No”
  • You have demonstrated experience in B2B sales
  • You have excellent English both written and oral
  • You know how to “religiously” use a sales CRM (Pipedrive is a bonus)
  • You pick up on new tools/techniques quickly and always find smarter ways to work

What will come in handy, but is not a must:

  • Other language skills
  • Knowledge of the insurance industry or B2B software sales
