We're looking for a Delivery Lead (Tallinn, Estonia)

We are looking for a Delivery Lead whose main task is to ensure quality and effective product delivery to our users by working with our software development team throughout the product development lifecycle – planning, development, testing, deployment, and operations management.

As our Delivery Lead you will:

Work with the team to make sure all the initiatives are defined correctly
Ensure smooth communication and continuity across teams
Put into practice the right software delivery methods, Agile principles and methods, and the necessary project management approaches
Have the knowledge of the best practices in software integration and delivery
Work with the team to ensure completed features get into the production environment
Ensure the software development process goes smoothly, remove the obstacles when any of the team members get stuck
Motivate the team and organize and plan with the needed activities
Be responsible for the timely and correct completion of the software development
Create and adjust project plans
Provide insights to the stakeholders about the software delivery

You are our next Delivery Lead if you:

Have good knowledge of the IT field
Are proactive, demanding, correct, determined, conscientious, and responsible
Have experience with project management
Take responsibility for the smooth running and timely completion of the development process, and can remove obstacles if development gets stuck somewhere
Have good leadership and motivation skills
Have good verbal and written English
Are a very good communicator and a good team player
Have the ability to think innovatively and manage multiple tasks at the same time
