We are looking for a customer-oriented KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER to act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that the clients might face with accuracy and efficiency.

Here’s the to do list:

  • Being responsible for incoming key clients’ e-mails
  • Identify customers’ needs during phone or Skype calls and build sustainable relationships
  • Provide accurate and valid information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions within the time limits
  • Cooperating with QA’s, Software Developers and other parties

You are the person we’re looking for if you have:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and fluency in English
  • Previous experience as a project manager or on some other similar position
  • A positive and proactive attitude, the ability to communicate with any type of character
  • The ability to pay attention to details and prioritize your tasks
