Immediate new hires will include a Go-To-Market Lead for Insly\u2019s new AI product, FormFlow, and a Go-To-Market Engineer for the wider business.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mirza joined Insly in 2021 as Global Head of Growth and Marketing and, in his four years in the role, has scaled the company\u2019s go-to-market function and refined its positioning. He also led the launch of Insly Claims and FormFlow and evolved the brand identity via the new website launched last year.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As a result, the business has seen significant growth across all marketing channels. In 2024, inbound marketing efforts contributed to 73% of new ARR, demonstrating the effectiveness of Insly\u2019s demand generation and go-to-market strategies. Insly has also strengthened its presence in key markets, including the UK, Ireland, Canada, Australia, and Europe, positioning it for further international growth.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cThis step isn\u2019t just about my role\u2014it\u2019s about Insly\u2019s commitment to growth.
