We lead by example, own our problems, and take out the trash. We are never arrogant towards our colleagues and strive to make those around us better. Problems have no rank but should be owned. If nobody or no team owns a problem, they will work to find an owner — but not by pushing trash around.

We offer flexible working time, so it is up to you. Standard working hours are from 9:00 to 17:30, but it is fine to start earlier or later, depending on your role.
Our offices are in London, Tallinn, Vilnius, and Warsaw.
Our working language is English and that is something that we expect from all our employees.
Ideally, we would like to see all our employees in the office from time to time, and we offer remote work and part-time positions.
