4 February 2025: Piotr Bartos is to step down as CEO of Insly Poland after 13 years of dedicated leadership, to pursue new professional challenges. The transition takes place in a positive atmosphere, with the Insly team expressing deep gratitude for Bartos’ contributions to the company’s growth.
To ensure a smooth transition, Bartos will remain within the Insly structure as long as necessary to support the team during the transition period. Risto Rossar, Founder and CEO of Insly, will temporarily assume the role of CEO of Insly Poland, while the company seeks a permanent replacement.

During his time at Insly, Bartos has built a highly experienced team that will now continue his work. This includes: Rafał Kamiński, Chief Product and Technology Officer; Adam Ćwikła, Client Development Manager; Remigiusz Szczechowicz, Compliance Manager; Szymon Pawelec, Customer Success Manager; and Paulina Jurczyk, Head of Sales, Marketing, and Insurance Partnerships.
